We didn't have to wait long for the engineer. He was friendly and polite and completed the job well.
These guys offer everything you could need to get your TV up and running. There's also options fpr budget installations if money is a bit tight, mid range or top quality installations. The engineer was polite and professional for the whole visit, he told me exactly what needed to be done in order to get things up and working
The engineer fixed the problem uickly. However twice there were automated messages postponing the appointment.
Engineer arrived on time, worked out the problem and gave me a quote for installing new satellite dish. Dish was installed immediately with no fuss and my Sky is now working perfectly again. Engineer was friendly and helpful throughout. I'd happily use HDS again.
Jake was excellent, quickly identified the problem and sorted it there and then. Provided really useful advice as well. Highly recommended. The wider booking system which got Jake to us was let down by misleading (over-optimistic) advice about when he/ the service engineer would get to us.
